The implementation of the ervices is determined solely by written order confirmation at www.lf-transfers.at. Passengers must follow the instructions provided by our company or guides. LF Transfers e.U has the right to exclude transport if the actions of passengers threaten the safety of these and drivers.
LF Transfers e.U has adjusted all legal tax provisions in its price list. The rates include all other charges such as Parking for pick-up at the airport as well as the toll charged on your reservation. Additional costs arising from any delays are charged to the customer unless the delays are due to LF Transfers e.U. Any change in the agreed delivery time in which the change of address is to be reported immediately to www.lf-transfers.at otherwise any last minute change is charged to the customer. Any additional hours and distances are determined in accordance with the www.lf-transfers.at price list. The fare includes the carriage of passengers with regular luggage. Transporting bulky luggage beyond those listed on www.lf-transfers.at requires separate agreement and information. All bookings made up to 6 hours prior to the commencement of the trip are charged from 10% to 25% on the predetermined price list.
Cancellations are only valid with the customer's written statement. Access to www.lf-transfer.at is required for early written cancellation. Cancellations up to 12 hours before the trip starts are 100% refundable. LF Transfers e.U reserves the right to cancel in the event of vehicle unavailability within 2 hours of booking.
The customer must immediately inform www.lf-transfers.at of any change in the receipt name, address and time. They are also required to provide the necessary information on passengers (number of passengers) of luggage (quantity size) and on whether they need a child seat. They should also not disturb or interfere with the performance of the service, not cause damage to vehicles, strict compliance with the prohibition on smoking or in-car food consumption. The passegers must have all the necessarily documends (passport,visa) if they travel out of Austria otherwise the transfer will be cancelled without compensation for the customer.
LF Transfers e.U shall be liable to the Customer for damages in the event of intentional gross negligence as well as liability for breach of contractual obligations. In case of property damage. Liability for injuries is based on legal provisions. LF Transfers e.U is not responsible for unexpected encounters and delays caused by traffic congestion, vehicle accidents or traffic accidents as well as weather delays. LF Transfers e.U disclaims any responsibility for any incorrect transmission of information by the customer.
